COVID Information
COVID 19 Requirement within our Surgery
We ask that all patients continue to wear a Face Covering within the Practice, this to protect our patients who attend as these patients can be vulnerable. We also want to continue to protect our team as much as possible so we can continue to offer the service we do.
You will be asked to wear a face covering on entering our surgery, if you do not have one, we will either provide a Face Mask or a Visor.
COVID 19 Vaccination
If you require proof of your COVID 19 Vaccination please be aware we DO NOT issue proof here at the Surgery, if you require proof, you can either download the NHS APP, or call 119 and they will issue you a Certification.
We are aware that a 4th Booster is available for a number of patients, if you require this booster and have been advised to obtain this Booster, please be aware we are not doing this at the surgery and you will need to call 119 to arrange this appointment.
