ZeroTolerance :: North West London Clinical Commissioning Groups

Please be mindful when you are interacting members of our team, we have experienced an increased amount of verbally abusive, demanding telephone calls recently, and members of our team should not feel upset or distressed after talking to our patients.

We operate a zero tolerance policy, any incidents that do not warrant immediate removal will be discussed. We will issue a first and final warning before we consider a patient removal from our practice list.

We always try to help and strive to give the best service we can, during increasingly stressful times the NHS are currently experiencing.

Please be kind, we want to help and signpost you to the correct service that your problem requires. Our staff are trained to behave in a professional, appropriate manner so we expect the same behaviour from our patients.

We welcome all feedback given and we are constantly trying to change the way we are working, for good practice and better relationships with our patients.

Merry Christmas - to all our patients, families and staff! - Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust
