A new year for Bridge Street Medical Practice introduces a new Salaried GP Dr Andrew Brodie, he will be with us for a year.

We are currently implementing changes to our clinical rota system that will increase the number of pre-bookable appointments to our patients. These appointments are bookable 4 weeks in advance and released every Friday at 12.00pm.

They are readily available on the NHS App. Systm Online, you can also call the surgery after 12.00pm on a Friday to book into these via our reception administration team.

You can also use our yellow tile to contact us with non urgent medical queries and our team aim to respond to all or your queries within 3 working days.

We currently hold a Silver Award for being a Learning Disability Friendly practice, we have easy read information available at reception and can also offer reasonable adjustments where required for appointments. Please visit our Learning Disabilities Explained webpage for further information.

We are a registered Active Practice and to encourage more movement within our staff team and to increase mobility.

Bridge Street Medical Practice has signed up to participate in the 2026 Race for Life for Cancer Research, we will be placing QR codes around the surgery for donation purposes, so please support our team.
