The NHS and Charnwood Borough Council have partnered with Active Charnwood and leisure centres to offer a service encouraging people to get healthier and move more.

We have also partnered with Active Practice Charnwood, to help increase how much our patients move. They provide a variety of walks across Loughborough with walk leaders. They also provide exercise activities to help patients who are housebound, or do little activity. 10 minutes or movement per day will help keep the doctor at bay.
