Would you be interested in joining our Patient Participation Group?
Our Patient Participation Group is currently recruiting new members, we meet on a 2 monthly basis for an hour. This a pre-schedule appointment made between us and the PPG.
We discuss updates within our practice and upcoming changes. The patient participation group set out our agenda for the meeting, and we help in any way we can. We are trying to create better forms of communication between us and our patients.
We are looking for new members to join our group with different ethnical backgrounds, for more diversity within our group. I have attached a form to complete if you would like to consider attending.
